The Finfy Challenge

Finfy was created in 2020 with the aim of simplifying the life of companies in the banking universe. It is a complete and modular core banking product, developed entirely by Luby to meet the needs of a client, and today, following a joint venture, has become a product that is part of our portfolio.

The Luby solutions integrated into this project:

Banking Evolution

Once the solution was validated, we began building a broader roadmap to evolve the platform and implement new functionalities and integrations. Integrations with CADOC, CCS, and NPC were immediately implemented to facilitate invoice operations and comply with regulatory requirements. Subsequently, other features such as the accounting system and the batch transaction system for remittances were also implemented.

In addition to the development of the digital account, we also worked on the development of specific functionalities to make the product a complete Banking as a Service. We also developed a back-office platform to help Finfy’s clients manage their operations. More than 20 specialists worked to develop the product while maintaining its quality and security.

CyberSafe

Understanding that financial products, especially Banking as a Service, require specific security layers to operate, including compliance with KYC practices, our team also worked to create all security flows. We evaluated market solutions and implemented those that best met the pre-defined criteria. The approved solutions included Nextcode, C&M, Datavalid and Resolvrisk. The implementation of these tools modernized onboarding, resulting in a fully secure and modern product that meets all anti-fraud and KYC criteria and provides a good user experience.

Financial Outsourcing

As a robust product, Finfy is supported by a full support team that develops enhancements and maintenance, whether due to regulatory changes or updates required for performance and security. This support is critical to keep the product within the best security practices and with the latest technologies in the market. In addition, there is a team of Product Owners, Developers, QAs and UX/UI Designers who work on-demand to provide customized and agile implementation of new clients on the platform.
