The Online IPS Bank Challenge

Online IPS sought to globalize the usage of the Pix (instant electronic payment) payment model, widely popular in Brazil. In pursuit of this goal, the company turned to Luby to develop a solution capable of meeting this international demand.

Finance Innovation

Online IPS was looking for a partner to help them develop their own payment gateway system, as the market solution they were using did not meet their expectations and needs.

The first step in this partnership was our Finance Innovation solution, which can support the design of new products. Our role was to deliver the entire product roadmap to Online IPS through a discovery.

We presented our work plan to Online IPS, gathered their perceptions and feedback, and together we defined the MVP of the solution.

Payment Solutions

Once the project was approved, we set out to assemble the team and develop a payment gateway through Pix, using a set of APIs that would allow customers to easily make payments through different acquirers. The goal was to enable a payment solution that would work for transactions with companies outside of Brazil, such as betting platforms, e-commerce and different types of applications.

Our experience with Pix integration streamlined this development, bringing our team’s expertise to the client in a collaborative way that was committed to the project’s success.

Banking Evolution

On the eve of the launch of its new Pix Gateway product, which is in its final stages, Online IPS is already counting on the support of our Banking Evolution team to develop its solution.

The main objective of our work on this front is the security of the application, which is why we are working on improving the architecture of the solution, which will allow the gateway to scale to large demands and new functionalities applicable to the base solution.
