Once the project was approved, we assembled a team of 15 specialists, including developers, QAs, POs, and SMs, organized into two teams. We developed a PIX payment gateway using APIs to enable seamless transactions across multiple acquirers, tailored for businesses outside of Brazil, including betting platforms, e-commerce, and other applications.
