The team's position updates in real time, and virtual fences (geofencing) automatically detect arrival and departure at each point, triggering status and records without the driver tapping anything. It's how we delivered real-time tracking in an iOS and Android mobility app.

Does the app work offline, in areas with no signal?

Yes. The app stores stops, proofs, and records locally and syncs with dispatch as soon as the signal returns. The team stays productive in network dead zones, without losing field data.
